My husband emailed them a copy of his passport two weeks ago and now ECAS says Decision made. Does that mean his visa is in the mail?? Or does ECAS show that when they asked for PPR?? And how long does it take to the visa after ECAS shows Decision Made???

I just ordered the GCMS notes online (which was surprisingly very easy and fast to do). I would say order yours too. It will ease your mind knowing that you will at least get the notes in a month time. Also, it's only $5 so it isn't expensive at all. Just my two cents :)
