No. They did not ask for medicals before visitor either. I have not lived in india for the last 9 months ( i have been in USA and europe). Perhaps that is why i was never asked to do medicals.

The onus is on your wife to convince the visa officer that she will leave canada at the end of her permitted stay. If she has a 2 month visa,then why would your wife leave canada (rather than stay on) at the end of 2 months? Possible reasons include that she has a 200,000 dollar flat in India...

I don't think you are any more likely to get a visitor visa than a spousal work permit. Because you have only been married for 3 months, this is likely a big factor that works against you. If you insist on reapplying soon, then yes, I would try providing wedding pictures, and other proofs...

I am sure they find an employer willing to give you a job offer easily. Problem is that you will not necessary get approved for your visa/work permit for that job. But of course, this agency would have already taken your money. Lots of scams like this. Be careful.

Which country are you from? How long have you been married? Is your wife currently employed/student at home? If you've been married for at least a couple of years, then I would find pictures of the wedding and reapply. Also, hopefully your wife is currently a student or is employed, even if...

It just means that a decision has been made- could be approved or rejected. Usually (but not always) when a visa is approved you get an email saying that your visa is approved. Keep us updated.
