She was never issued a visitor record when she entered canada, but she was having a valid status when I applied for WP extension.

My spouse was not issued a visitor record but all her details (Full name, DOB, relationship) are mentioned on my new WP under the head "Accompanying Family Members". I just received my new extended WP but she was not issued a separate visitor record saying that her status is still not expired...
