    Hi all. I reside in the U.S. but i overstayed my visa. How would this effect me at the Canadian port of entry? If i show ties to the U.S would this still count even though currently im "out of status"? Any advice would be appreciated.

    Hi, I understand that EU citizens dont need a visa to enter Canada. Would it be possible to then apply for either a temporary work permit or student visa from within Canada? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
