Hi, I have a question...my friend got his SINP cause he studied his Master's here in Saskatchewan. He is now PhD student, and he is on Study permit, but he wants to quit and get open work permit.... Is it possible that he gets open Work permit without job offer?

Hi Guys, I am applying for CEC inside Canada. I ahve a Certified Birth Certificate Translation from my origin country. Is it acceptable? or it has to be translated by a translator inside Canada? Thanks for your help
