Yes,you are right,and he is thinking maybe he could extend his 1 year PR card cause the PR card is issued to him to allow him to enter or stay in Canada to attend the appeal hearing.But don't know how,any forms?cannot find on CIC website.

Thanks Msafiri,I missed the first test cause I was sick that time. Is that really a reason delay the time to the oath? Any friends of you have same experience?
