wouldnt it be the same thing? staying three years and as you said three years in the last 4 years? I mean can i get PR card and work in dubai for two years and then go to canada for three years to get citizenship?

Hi guys, I thought my input would be helpful...I changed my mind in the last minute and decided to go to London to submit it in person, there were two reasons for that :- 1. I dont need to apply for visa to go to England 2. i didnt want any postal delay or anything to affect my application...
