@sariss: He didn't petition them at the same time. plus after the brother there was about 3 year gap before the cousin then another year after other cousin and about 2 years after comes the brother of his sister-in-law. @scylla: will do that, thank you! Thank you guys for the input!

Why is that? Is it because of my location? This one cousin of mine that's been in Canada for 10+ years was able to sponsor his older brother and family, 2 of our cousins(and families), and just about a year ago was the brother (and family) of his sister-in-law.
