Thanks, I gone through the two threads, hence the confusion... The CIC agent specifically told me NO VO originals to be sent to the CIO, only Clear Copies, not notarized/certified copies...

As supporting documents to CIO, should the VO specific documents be originals or photocopies? e.g. birth certificate, degree certificate, employment references, PCC, etc. Just gave CIC a call, and was told that everything should be "CLEAR PHOTOCOPIES"! Anyone had experience? cheers!
