aaj to Wednesday hai .... If m nt wrong cic releases medicals only on tuesday & thursday and update ecas on Monday & Tuesday ....

Usually cic update ecas with DM(after medicals) after printing the visa on pp. Congrats :) You should get your pp back in 1-2 weeks.
