Visiting gf but have DUI....HELP!
I am an australian and my gf is canadian. 5 years ago I was convicted of a DUI but my 'sentence' of which i was disqualified for holding a licence for 10months will not be elapsed for 5 years until next year. We have been together for 2 years and next year are hoping to get a spuse visa for here...
