Bhai, Canadian govt are not listening to their courts, they didn't hear during Rennie's judgment, change judge of their ease and reversd his decision. We hope and pray we win in international court, would they be binding them self to that decision.

One more thing We should take pride in Judicial system of our country. It delivers when everybody fails and atleast does not make anybody to sign agreement which it self cannot honour.

Sorry if hurt, but my optimism has stretched to its limits. 9 yrs since application, and 3rd or 4th year in litigation feeling mentally exhausted. Hope this drama may end, on either side. But atleast this clot of Canada is removed from mind.

Sir, Good govt., should have acted binding themselves for verdict of Mr. Liang case, through agreement signed between govt. and leahy. and not wait till judgment of judge Russel. Its just an opinion, new governments intentions also seems to be skeptic.
