    VISA TO THE UK??

    I have a work permit in canada,hold a sri lankan passport and i will be travelling to Kuwait via Heathrow.Will be staying in Heathrow for 12 hours on transit.Do I need transit visa?? the webiste info is confusing!\ Thanks to anyone who can help!
