Finally I have Decision Made on my E-file. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive Confirmation Letter since the decision made? And how long it takes to get the passport back? It seems few days ago my status was updated.

Don't worry! I'm a Sep applicant and my pp is sitting with them since last Nov. Since then ECAS hasn't moved a bit. It shows A) application received on xyz date B) Medical done. :-P

I have an answer for second question, in my own case when I came to this country my passport was expiring just within 3 - 4 months of PR stamps (that's what I remember, as I don't have any of those passports now) and there are no such fix rules, I believe its decided on case to case basis...but...
