    How do you know when they recieved it? Does recieving it mean just that the mail was delivered?

    New member here. Just discovered this forum. My timeline: Applied for BC PNP: Late Sept 2012 (dont remember the date) Acknowledgement of Reciept for PNP : Oct 3rd Request for additional information : Nov 9th. PNP Approval : Nov 23rd. Package sent to CIO NS: Dec 1 2012. I have yet to recieve FBI...
