@cabalen oo nga po eh, pareho lng naman meaning ng "No Criminal Record" at "No Record on File" kung iisipin naten. Dapat nilagay na lang NBI, "Case Has Been Filed" or " Case Pending". hehehe

@Cabalen kapag "No Criminal Record" po ang may case, either pending or case closed na po. "No Record on File" means po na clear po ikaw.

I had my MEDS done last September 22, 2012. I forgot the date na tumawag sa akin yung ST. Lukes that they have forwarded the result to CEM. But, may question po ako. Nag appear sa NBI Clearance ko ay "No criminal record" and i've been waiting since my meds done that CEM will contact me for NBI...

Hi everyone! I am expecting CEM will contact me because I got a remark on my NBI Clearance "No Criminal Record". But, I haven't been contacted by the CEM until today. I already had my MEDs done last September 22. Is that "Letter of Explanation" really needed? And, will it affect my application?
