There was delay in my update post as the CIC email came on 27th late night and I didnt check my email on 28th!!! This morning on 1st March I read the email from CIC. Ecas was showing "Application Received" till 1st March @ 1 PM. Now, ecas shows "Decision Made" "We received your application...

Today is a wonderful day! Received PPR on 27th Feb 2013 from CPP-Ottawa. It was a looooong wait though.... Good luck to all. I feel communication with CIC is important; delays in communication or pointers will delay the processing or make them not take a notice of your application.

No Sharuu... I have not applied for GCMS notes so far. your response makes me more anxious now.. my quebec CSQ was approved in Mar 2011 and subsequently the file was received by Buffalo in Aug 2011. Applying for GCMS note now will take 6 weeks for it to return and i might try that option...
