Strange !! If they asked the pay stubs in Last oct, why are they asking at this time....seems strange to me. Anyway let them know that you are unemployed last month and be able to send the pay stub in next month provided if you get employment. Wish u all the best

No you canot !! Please dont submit your passport until they request you to do so. After they receive your medicals, they will send a letter requesting the FBI and Fee. After that they will let you know to send the passports ( unless they explicitly request anything to do )...Hope this gave...
