    Hi! I'm in the same boat- waiting for the same letter from Scarborough. I called the Call Center and the operator said up to 3 months (!) Crazy, eh?! So close, but yet so far from the finalization of the process.

    WQW :o that's pretty fast! Congratulations! :D We sent in Vergeville beginning of September, they started processing 5th of October, mid of October I got my Client number (after calling several times) and that is it. Nothing since then.
