Hi, I have a tfw permit valid for the next 2 years (Got it through a positive LMO) I have another job wanting to hire me but would like me to invoice them. What is the process to get self employed or able to invoice for work ? Is it possible ?

For me, When the LMO arrived at the employer and he forwarded it to me, I printed it, then I just went to the border with my wife and got a new paper attached to my passport and then just went back and got hired.

If the employer has applied for an LMO, and the LMO is approved, there is a date there. A start date and an end date. Employee can start whenever but the visa will expire at the end date.
