1) CEC is a reliable choice because after a 2-yr study I can apply 3 yrs work permit, and it gives me more time for job searching.
2) PNP is quicker in some province like Manitoba or Nova Scotia because it only need 1year study, obviously it safe time and money...

Same as I heard, if you finished a 2-year program post secondary institution, you will got AT LEAST 2years work permit, maybe 3years
Right now I'm just worry about that they prefer a local study background more than a other province student-----But they just don't say it officially.
