well, what can I do? :| The only thing I can say is that I'm Iranian! In fact, I have submitted to applications, CEC and FSW PhD both in Nov and Dec 2011, still no good news!

I applied in Canada, application recieved by CIC in Nov 2011, NOC 4012

The problem is that they need a 6 month account activity, and I returned the money a few days after I got the statement! So, it is obvious that I had borrowed that money!
