Hi Canadaforall, I am a Cameroonian residing in Mauritania. Just got the CSQ and thought I was going to apply for the visa in Dakar but it appears I will have to instead send my documents to Nova Scotia in Canada. QUEBEC APPLICANTS LETS SHARE EXPERIENCE
Guys, I rang the Canadian Immigration Office in Paris a few days ago and was told that I have been issued the CSQ.
