i got the account number and transferred 10050 CAD on 6th nov bt they are not issuing the certificate i got swift copy of that transfer but still m not getting certificate ... what could be the problem ???why they r nt giving it

i hve sent a follow up to studentgic n dey rplied me wdh dis Pleased be advised that your GIC has been funded and I have sent a request for your encrypted GIC certificate email to be resent to you. n nw it hs been 2days after there rpy n still i hvnt got my gic cert....wht 2 do nxt???plzzz...
