Hi seniors I got decision made on 5 Feb 2013..ndvo says they sent my passports and related documents on 6 Feb 2013...but I did not receive the same till today 20 Feb 2013...can u guys help me in this situation... is it normal to receive registered letters so late????

seniors pls help... I got medical ppr rprf fee request on 8nov2012..sent medical Pp rprf fee fresh pcc on 9december2012..got decision made line on ecas on 5 Feb 2013...but medical received line is not there...till date we didn't get pp back...is this visa done or any chance of rejection.... pls...
