Medical exams are only valid for 1 year from the date of the chest xray. So if you did the medical exam as late as 10 months ago + they may ask you to redo medical. Once you receive the COPR you have to land before your most recent medical results expire ( ie, 1 year after the medical tests)

I think you can update address right on ECAS, probably better than calling/emailing them. I too would be hesitant to mess with anything, but I think it's more risky not to do something in this case. Something small and stupid like this can cause 1-2 month delays with these people. Our ECAS...
