I want to apply CEC (NOC "B") this month~~ but the new rule shows 2 difference standard of language requirements 1: L:5 , R:5 , W:4 , S:5 2: L:4.5 , R:4 , W:5 , S:5 which one can I correspond??? "1"or"2" ?? I am confused!! Any one can help me??????? Thank you...
