My application submitted on Sep 25th is approved on Nov 9th. So that is one month advance from what's on the website. Don't be frustrated. Anyone get any idea how long does it take to mail it to destination? I know it is snail mail. Will one week be enough? I am in Toronto.- adamxiaosha

Yes Toronto. The one applied on Sep 21 got hers two days ago, the other one who applied on Sep 23 receives it today.- adamxiaosha

I submitted my on Sep 25, 2012 and no reply yet. The most recent updated (Nov 7,2012)one still says it works on application submitted on Aug 26, 2012. :'(- adamxiaosha
