We got ours through the local court, nothing to do with the embassy. My brother-in-law (my husband's brother) went and picked it up without any problem, but he did have the email with him that showed the embassy requesting it. Does he have any family who could go and get it?

I believe they update E-CAS every Tuesday, so don't drive yourself crazy by checking every day...tempting, tempting, I know.
