    Hey All, If Nomination certificate is valid for 3 months then whats the best time to apply for FBI clearance(8-12) weeks , i heard it takes more time than state PCCs. Anyone ??

    Question 1. For how long Nomination is valid ? 2. For FBI & state PCC do i need to get certs from all states or only from where i have stayed more than 6 months ? 3.
