Hi, we have decided to withdraw our appeal as my case worker says your hearing date may be in Jun-2015 so I am going to reapply. Our case refused on Sep-2012, appealed in Oct-2012 after that long wait............. it's too much.

Hi, Yes I talked to our case officer several times and he says our hearing may be in fall or in the beginning of next year. He says there are thousand of cases in queue and he doesn't know the exact time. Please update if you hear anything from them.

Hi, It depends on which city your wife is living, check out your city and hearing office on refusal letter. Your wife may hire a lawyer who charge from CAD 3000-4500.

Hi Hina sis, CIC has changed their website few months ago and I think all the refused cases are unable to check their status, probably due to case closed from their side. Once you win your appeal it will work again after restart processing in Ottawa.

Hi Rathika, As I read IAD decisions on www.iijcan.org. In hearing you must say truth, be confident in speaking/body language and provide them your current status of ODSP. All the best :)
