No. Frustrating is this: I do have additional 15 days worked and employer do not respond me on my LOE request

It means "they have the intention to refuse your application" unless you convince them otherwise, by sending additional information/documentation. So either something is missing on your application, or the requirements are not met, or something else wrong which they need additional info
