omg i have the very same issue! Filed for owp on sept6th. Rep advised that they sent an email onOct 15th but we didnt receive anything. The processing times show sept28th but app was done online sept 6th.

I received my GCMS notes. Part of it (under my spouse) says Security : not started Criminality : cancelled.... Medical : not started we submitted the medical in the same month we submitted the application. Does anyone know what the above means?
