your ecas status will not show whether your file has been transferres to cpp-o or not. you could request gcms notes or inquire cic to get a status update.

your post is confusing, you said october applicants. :P

i do not want to burst your bubble but most people receiving ppr's lately are march-april 2013 applicants. i don't know which tracking sheet you have checked but if you say you are a november applicant, hang in there tight coz you have at least 3 months or more to wait.

Based on the processing times on cic website, pnp applications takes an average of 17 months to process. I think CIC or your case officer is just doing a pro-active approach on handling application just in case an application gets longer than a year to process. But let us all hope for the...

ECAS is not updated realtime. i know it is hard, but have more patience. ;) ;)

if the medical center said that they have already submitted the your medical results, it means your medicals are fine. my ecas never got updated for over a month from the time my medicals were submitted so don't worry.
