My medical will expire at the middle of June. Hopeful something can happen.

We are so unlucky to be in backlog. But at least you got some document request, which probably means that they are reviewing your case. But for me......... heard nothing after my medical request. Hopeful we can go through this long long tunnel this summer.

Lot of pre june applicants just received their medical request this April or May. Our cases are moving forward, of course, at very slow speed. I am in the same boat as you. Did you write to them to ask about your case?

The same to me... Heard nothing after medical. MP said I am still under background checking.

Congratulations to those who got ppr. Anyway, I personally think that redo medical exam is a positive signal. I saw somewhere this forum a guy's wife did a cardiological surgery got ppr.

My local MP just checked my status, nothing happened since they received my medical results.

It seems that Ottawa is directing most of their resource on CEC processing. They started to work on FSW at the end of September and now are issuing ppr to the April, May and June 2010 FSW applicants. Their processing time is not very fast, I can see only a couple of persons get ppr every week...
