Its little tight but still chances are good. From the spreadsheet maintained by this forum, we can say (guess), CIC is currently processing 3rd Week of June. And they still have about 120 more seats to fill. Your brother is from 1 week of July, so I guess he will make it. So hope for the best.

Hey guys, I am an applicant under NOC 2147, CIC received my file on June 27, 2013. Currently CIC's number for this noc is 179. Do someone has a guesstimate that when this CAP count was done, what I mean to say is which week's file they are currently working on?
