I'm agree with Dani, send your stamped one. I hope that it will work, you do not loose anything other than the postal fee, which is really worth if it works. VickyFellas

I'm so sorry to hear that. A friend of mine had the same experience. It seems that it's their new strategy. I think all of us from now on should send all the documents with the official stamp of the university or the department to prevent any further problem. VickeyFellas
