Did you ever send a question to ask CIC about what you are thinking? Because sometime some other guys in the family class was considered misrepresentation just because they declare wrong information about the the refused visa or refused admission. Hopefully, anyone know the exact information...

Actually the IMM 1294 has been changed recently since august2012 with the same content as PMM says. However before that it says have you ever been refused admission,or oredered to leave canada or other country. There is no refused visa mentioned in the old version of form IMM 1294
