ok lang naman, it's not mandatory, PDOS lang ang mandatory.. pati nga yung COA hindi mandatory, purely optional.. pero since they're free and sponsored by cic, might as well attend these seminars, kasi they are really informative and helpful
i don't know the other website, but you can try the other seminar sponsored by gov of canada, it's the COA (yellow form), almost the same topics except for the second day planning.
my VO is in Manila. my case was a bit different from the regular process. PP rec. in VO on Oct 5 and returned to me on Nov. 10. then a week after i received my PP with visa, my ecas changed to DM (from in process)
