ECAS shows in process but no AOR2 My ECAS shows application for permanent residence in process (we have started processing your application on 11th November,2015...) but i haven't received AOR2 from Singapore or UCI number for my spouse. What does that mean?

AOR 2 from Singapore I received my 1st AOR on 17th October,2015 and SA on 4th November, 2015.In the SA document, its mentioned that my file has been transferred to Singapore. Ecas shows Medical has been received.How long does it take usually to get the 2nd AOR from Singapore?
