This might not be true for all. I am on east coast (FL), but my file was transferred to Seattle, which is not only on the other coast, but diagonally opposite. So you never know the exact criteria for transfers.

My eCas shows they started processing my application on Jul 12. Not changed yet to Medical received or transferred.

I am from Florida. So I was very surprised when I saw Seattle - just diagonally opposite :o
