Hi, I don't agree with, that was before 6th Dec 2011, but after that date, no any application will be accepted if not enclosed English & French test no matter the score or the marks you get,but MUST SEND BOTH TEST CERTIFICATES.....& the higher score will help you to get more points according to...

Even if your score is enough, French & English certificates are mandatory to provide along with all your documents since 6th Dec 2011, if you don't provide any of them, they will return your application.

Aha sorry, its typing mistake, its Jun 2012 not Jun 2010..., so is it normal to wait for 6 month according to new languages rules to get AOR or F/N?

I have applied in Jun 2010 also through a lawyer in Montreal and still no any news yet..no AOR, no F/N...!!! What does it mean? keep waiting for a hope or it means rejection?...

To Nevillek.. So, i think they have returned your file for 2 reasons, 1st : maybe because your French score is low, 2nd : maybe because your job is a just part time job......this is my opinion...other's can share their opinions too....

I agree with you but they don't say it directly that after March 2013 , all applications will be open...maybe new rules will be applied after March 2013.... They say as following: If none of these situations applies to you, you cannot submit an application until after March 31, 2013...

To Francaise, Who told you that they will accept applications from section E after 31st March 2013? What is your source?
