Thanks a lot for your reply, My wife does not have machine readable passport but she needs to renew it, that is why she needs to renew the NICOP. So for a manual passport also it will be done via mail?

Hi there, My wife's National identity card has been expired. She needs to renew it in order to renew her Pakistani passport. So can she send the whole package in mail ? or she has to go to Pakistani consulate in person? She is preferring by mail.
