Looks like Joe stayed in Canada for a day or 2 ..they don't even care if he stayed for ..may be 11 months..they round it to "0 Years". However if he stayed for 1 year and 1 day...they will consider it as 1 year and 1 day that he can roll over to next 5 year window. Bottom line is Window closes...

My job desc in H1 labor certificate is exact match to NOC 0213. Now the new NOC in Nomination letter is 2173. Any suggestion..

Opps, I just realize that the NOC code in my nomination letter is different from the NOC code for which I applied for. Has anybody got into similar situation? How to proceed with CIC step, with NOC code in original application or code in nomination letter? Appreciate response.

You might have received an email from AINP notifying your file number. Application date is mentioned in that email. It doesn't matter when you mail your application to AINP. In my case I mailed my application in first week of Feb 09 but still I have to stick to application date which AINP...
