Hello, I got my passport back with the visa stamped and the CPR form. I am an official PR now :) This last step happened so quick. My passport reached NY on 2nd Feb, and I got it back by the 15th. :D Not sure if anyone knows this, but wanted to know the procedure for people already in Canada...

I got it by regular mail. Don't bother too much about the online status. The consulate seems pretty erratic in updating that. And yes, you wouldn't get a reply to your email as well. I think you should get it very soon, next week or 2 at the max.
