I have submitted FSW application on May 2008 where I have written NOC 2283. Now this NOC is removed from list after 27 Feb, 2008 changes. Can I change my NOC to 213 as I become team lead now? I am finding any way to avoid from rejection. I think I should submit application again and refund...
