hey Jenny, u can call cic & they should tell u when is ur landing interview.. when i got mine i called them & then within couple of days received the landing interview letter!, on the landing letter everything will be mentioned!! enjoy now!! Goodluck Ann

No u do not need a job offer in order to apply for OWP since its called an open work permit & u have applied under spousal class immigration!!! It all depends how long u would get ur open work permit, mostly as soon as ur Stage 1 is approved u get ur OWP cheers Ann

hey, either way u have to do ur medical... so if they have sent u a letter to re-do ur medical do it asap... & hope that ur 2nd stage gets approved fast like i said earlier it all depends... on cic... u might be lucky u hear about ur 2nd stage sooon say 1-2 months

One cannot leave Canada if u do not have ur PR card!! Since on ur passport when u go for ur landing interview they dont stamp any VISA.... onto it.. Sorry I sneaked into ur conversation.... but do call cic & I am sure they will guide u the same.! .

Hey , take the AIP letter which u received via email & take 2 identifications : passport + ur proof of residence that cud be rental agreement + AIP mail letter and u can apply fr OHIP if u didn't recieve AIP via mail & have got it via email that's good enough , i never got mine through...
