    I am also a canadian living in Japan sponsoring my japanese wife to come to Canada. I have a question but cannot find any phone number to call. Do i call the phillipines, canada?? Please help. Also if we fill in the forms while in Japan, can we move to Canada while we are waiting for the answer.
