Question to all seniors including babbu veer, jaggy, spartan and others If our documents are in VO and candidate get married then spouse bank draft of 550 $ should me made payable tp visa office or receiver general of canada???

Dear britto bro..like so many other applicants from singapore i didnt receive AOR...6 months already passed.so my concern is do i need to submitt all these documents which u mentioned by my self or should i wait for the demand of these documents from visa office??.
