My BG was always inProgress. I received Ghost mail on May 13th.

Hi Goku, I have overall 9+ yrs of experience out of which 1 yr is the Canadian Experience. 1. We are family of 3 and I have given proof of fund 25000 2. I have my ielts score R-6.5,L-6.5,W-6 and S-7.5 I am really not knowing why my points are not getting included for 1 yr Canadian Experience.

Hi Goku, I have been working in Canada from Aug 2011 to April 2012 and again from Nov 2014 to till date. I clearly know I wont qualify in CEC. But under FSW why my points as not getting calculated for 1 yr Canadian Experience as I have 1+ yr Canadian exp in last 10 yrs. Please help me out. :(

But I have completed 1 yr in last 10 yrs. I think the experience should be counted for points calculation but not for CEC category.

Thanks, But to apply under Canadian Experience class we need to have 1 yr experience with in 3 yrs. Does the same rule applies for CEC under Express Entry also. My Experience is Aug 2011 to April 2012 and Nov 2014 to March 2015(future). Please guide me with the rules for CEC under Express Entry...

Thanks Praneeth, Hoping that LMIA is positive. Can I apply under Canadian Experince Class with my expereince from Aug 2011 to April 2012 and now from Nov 2014 to Feb 2015. Does my expereince will be counted for it or I need to chose to apply in any other program. Please suggest.

Thanks Regina. I have gone through the CIC websie clearly but I am confused. Please clarify me does the Intra company transfer Workpermit also needs a LMIA? For work permit extension under ICT does the company submits the LMIA. Please clarify else I would ask my employer to file an LMIA.
